VisionRise Solutions provides services and programs that may include workflow systems support (including intake and automation support) and program initiatives such as Pathway Restoration (housing initiative). 3) Services, Intake, and Acceptance
Submitting an intake form, request, or inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, enrollment, housing placement, or service delivery. We reserve the right to:
- review submissions,
- request additional information,
- accept or decline requests at our discretion, and
- modify program or service requirements as needed.
For Pathway Restoration, submitting an intake form initiates a review process. If accepted, you will receive next steps and onboarding instructions. Availability may be limited.
4) Scheduling and Communication
If scheduling is offered, appointments may be provided after review and acceptance. We may communicate with you by email, phone call, or text message based on the contact information you provide.
5) Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive SMS, you consent to receive text messages from VisionRise Solutions related to your request (e.g., links to forms, next steps, status updates, scheduling information where applicable, and service communications).

You are responsible for providing a valid phone number and for updating it if it changes.

- Payment timing, deposits, and schedules may vary based on the service or program.
If you need to request a payment arrangement, it must be approved in writing by VisionRise Solutions.
7) Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation policies may vary depending on the service or program. If a specific refund/cancellation policy is provided to you in writing for a service, that policy governs. If no written policy is provided, fees may be non-refundable once work has begun or reserved time has been scheduled.
8) Participant Standards (Program/Shared Housing Notice)
Certain initiatives (including Pathway Restoration) may involve shared living environments and community standards. Participants may be required to follow house rules, maintain cleanliness, respect shared spaces, and comply with program expectations. Additional rules and acknowledgments may be provided during the onboarding process.

- evaluate eligibility or fit,
- provide services,
- maintain internal records, and
- comply with legal obligations.
